Time Unit Converter

Time across milliseconds to years, with the two units that are approximations flagged: a month here is thirty days and a year is 365, because neither has a fixed length.

Also called: seconds to hours, minutes to days.

Result
60

1 Hour is 60 Minute. The factor is 60, and the inverse is 0.0166666667. The table below gives the same value in every time unit at once.

How this is calculated

Everything up to a week is exact. A month is not a fixed quantity at all, and a year is 365 days except when it is 366, so both are conventions rather than definitions. For anything where the difference matters, subtracting two real dates is the right tool rather than multiplying by an average.
