Terms
Numera is provided free, as-is, for general information. Using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
Not advice
Every result is what the calculation produces for the numbers you entered. It is not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and it knows nothing about your circumstances beyond those numbers. Decisions with real consequences (a loan, a tax filing, a treatment, a structural design) should be taken with a qualified professional who can see the whole picture.
Accuracy
Considerable effort goes into being right: shared engines, golden test cases as a publishing gate, versioned statutory rulesets, and every published number generated rather than typed. None of that is a warranty. Where a figure matters, check it against the primary source, which every rule-based page links to.
Rules change
Tax and statutory constants change on published calendars. Calculators resolve their constants by the year or effective date you select, so a prior-year figure stays reproducible, but a page showing a year that has since been amended may be superseded. The effective date is always shown.
